My Bio

Hi, my name is Alaya. After experiencing PCOS and other womb complications, I became eager to heal my womb. I switched my diet and lifestyle and my love for all things holistic grew. I was able to reverse my PCOS and became eager to help other women with their reproductive health. I became a doula because I am passionate about assisting women in every stage on their journey to motherhood including pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist and provide prenatal and postpartum massages to mothers.
