Meet Jhana

Hi there! I'm Jhana (pronounced like Ghana but with a J ), a certified postpartum and prenatal doula. Whether you're welcoming your first, fifth, or any little miracle, I'm here to support you. My passion is empowering families to feel safe, informed, respected, and heard throughout their pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey.  Birth is unique, and so is your experience.  I believe in providing compassionate support wherever you choose to deliver, be it a hospital, birthing center, or home. Together, we can create a personalized plan that equips you with the knowledge and. tools you need to feel confident and prepared.​
